ORDERS
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your orders. Shipping transit times are over and above order processing times.
Canada: Expedited Shipping – The typical delivery time is 2 to 7 business days after the order is processed and shipped. Please note the typical delivery time frame does not include processing time and that shipping may be slightly delayed on Canadian holidays and weekends.
USA: Expedited Shipping – The typical delivery time is 4-10 business days after the order is processed and shipped. To major city regions in the USA. Some additional delays may be experienced for regions outside of major city regions or due to customs delays.

Once orders are fulfilled, we can no longer cancel/modify. Please contact us at herbaceousskin@gmail.com for possible cancellation request.
At the time of placing your order with us you will receive an “Order Confirmation” by email confirming reception of your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will also receive a “Shipping Confirmation” by email providing you with your shipment tracking number. To ensure you receive our confirmations simply add us herbaceousskin@gmail.com to your email address book.

Client satisfaction is Herbaceous Skincare’s top priority. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. The products we offer are fresh hand-crafted, and made to order in small batches. Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Note: Orders are FINAL SALE.
If you have received a damaged product or if you receive an item in which the quality has been compromised, please email a photo and we’ll arrange an exchange that will make you feel completely satisfied. Contact herbaceousskin@gmail.com to let us know.

Herbaceous Skincare offers flat rate shipping via Canada Post. All shipping options have tracking numbers for live up-to-date traceability. Visit canadapost.ca/track or call Customer Service at 1-866-607-6301.
We are able to ship internationally. If you would like to place an order please contact us at herbaceousskin@gmail.com. We would be glad to get a specific shipping quote for you.

All our products are 100% biodegradable, plant-based, vegan and cruelty-free.
All our products are 100% free from: Parabens, Mineral Oils, Phthalates, Synthetic Fragrances & Dyes, Sulfates, PEG Compounds, Petrochemicals.
Herbaceous products are formulated with paraben-free and formaldehyde-free preservatives, which provide broad-spectrum preservation against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, yeast, and mold.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and excessive heat (25C / 80F). Please enjoy the creams, scrubs and washes within 4-6 months after opening. Balms last for up to 8 months after opening.
Pregnant and nursing women are especially advised not to use essential oils without the medical advice of a physician.
