Client satisfaction is Herbaceous Skincare’s top priority. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. All of our products are freshly hand-crafted, made to order in small batches. Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please Note: Orders are FINAL SALE.

If you have received a damaged product or if you receive an item in which the quality has been compromised, please email a photo and we’ll arrange an exchange that will make you feel completely satisfied.

Herbaceous Skincare offers flat rate shipping via Canada Post. All shipping options have tracking numbers for live up-to-date traceability. Visit canadapost.ca/track or call Customer Service at 1-866-607-6301.

Canada

Expedited Shipping- The typical delivery time is 2 to 7 business days after the order is processed and shipped. Please note the typical delivery time frame does not include processing time and that shipping may be slightly delayed on Canadian holidays and weekends.

Free shipping with purchases over $100.

Local orders are available for pick up, downtown Calgary. 

International Shipping

We are able to ship internationally (outside Canada and continental USA). If you would like to place an order e-mail herbaceousskin@gmail.com. We would be glad to get a specific shipping quote for you.

Expedited Shipping – The typical delivery time is 4-10 business days after the order is processed and shipped. To major city regions in the USA. Some additional delays may be experienced for regions outside of major city regions or due to customs delays.

Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your orders. Shipping transit times are over and above order processing times.

Confirmations (Order & Shipping)

At the time of placing your order with us you will receive an “Order Confirmation” by email confirming reception of your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will also receive a “Shipping Confirmation” by email providing you with your shipment tracking number. To ensure you receive our confirmations simply add us herbaceousskin@gmail.com to your email address book.

Prices/Currencies

Prices listed on Herbaceous Skincare are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Depending on where you are making your purchases, the prices will be converted on your credit card statement to your home currency based on your credit card’s exchange rate at the time of the purchase.

Duties (International Customers)

Please Note: International orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and certain country fees imposed by your country of residence. Herbaceous Skincare has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you contact your local department of commerce to find out more information on any such fees that are applicable to your home country. Packages undergoing customs clearance may experience additional delays that are out of our control. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country or residence and if you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping charge.

Unclaimed Packages / Wrong Address Provided

Please Note: That any unclaimed shipments, refused shipments or returned packages due to wrong address provided are subject to the return shipping costs. Please double check that your “shipping address” is correct to avoid incurring this fee. We will contact you if your unclaimed package is returned to us.
