All Herbaceous Skincare products are handcrafted fresh to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Method

We ship via Canada Post. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate
• Free shipping on orders over $100

Delivery Time

After the 2-3 day processing period, delivery typically takes:

• 3-5 business days within Canada
• 7-14 business days internationally (if applicable)

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fresh, handcrafted nature of our products made with natural ingredients, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
